Diana Pereira

Diana Pereira is a cultural mediator. She graduated in History of Art (Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas da Universidade Nova de Lisboa) and has a master’s degree in Museum Studies (University of East Anglia). She works in the Education Department of Calouste Gulbenkian Museum and since 2016 she is responsible for the adults’ programming and community projects, developing strategies for independent learners and long-term projects with targeted audiences.

She co-designs and implements open-ended processes according to the needs of each audience through collaborative practices with other cultural and arts professionals and practitioners. Among the huge diversity of groups worked with, two have been under a long term process; local seniors and migrants including student refugees. She is also involved in the adults programme for the Museum and temporary exhibitions.
